AIA Score with Spurs Junior Camp Contest Terms & Conditions
A) Contest Terms & Conditions
This AIA Score with Spurs Junior Contest (“Contest”) Terms and Conditions shall govern the Contest that is organised by AIA Bhd. (“Organiser”).
The Organiser reserves the right to at any time, change, amend, delete or add to the Terms and Conditions and other rules and regulations including the mechanism of the Contest at its sole discretion.
The Organiser may terminate or suspend the Contest at any time at its absolute discretion in which case, the Organiser may elect not to award any prize. Such termination or suspension will not give rise to any claim by the participants of the Contest (“Contestant”). If the Contest is resumed by the Organiser, the Contestant shall abide by the Organiser’s decision regarding the resumption of the Contest and disposition of the Prizes. The Contest will be held during the Contest Period as here in below defined.
For the avoidance of doubt, the termination, suspension or cancellation of the Contest shall not entitle the Contestant or the winners to claim for compensation against the Organiser for any losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Contestant or the winners as a direct or indirect result of the act of termination, suspension or cancellation
The Contest will be held from 20th September 2021 till 10th October 2021 (“Contest Period”). Entries received after the Contest Period will be disqualified and ineligible for consideration for prizes.
The Organiser reserves the right to vary, postpone or re-schedule the dates of the Contest or extend the Contest Period at its sole discretion.
The Contest is open to:
Malaysian citizens only
Parents aged 18 and above with children aged 7 to 13 as of 20 September 2021; and
Followers of AIA Malaysia official Facebook or Instagram account.
No purchase of any AIA product is necessary to participate in this Contest.
The Contestant may be required to submit proof of eligibility within such timeframe as may be required by the Organiser failing which the Organiser shall be entitled to disqualify the Contestant.
AIA reserves the right to disqualify the Contestants and/or revoke the Prize (at any stage of the Contest) if in AIA’s sole determination, the entry does not meet the Contest Mechanics.
Step 1: Record a video of your child showing either one of the following football drills: “Juggle” or “V-Cut”. Step 2: Post it on Facebook or Instagram and complete this caption in not more than 20 words: “My child wants to join AIA Score with Spurs Junior Camp because…” Step 3: Tag @AIAMalaysia and hashtag #AIAScoreWithSpurs. Remember to set your profile as Public. Step 4: Fill in your details in the contest form at bit.ly/aiascorewithspursjr
100 lucky Participants will be selected by the Organiser (“Winner”) and entitled to a virtual training classes with Tottenham Hotspur Global Football Development Coaches to be held on 20th November 2021 and 27th November 2021 (“Coaching Programme”). They will also receive a limited-edition AIA Spurs Football Kit delivered to them prior to the training. The Coaching Programme and the limited edition AIA Spurs Football Kit shall collectively be referred to as the “Prize”.
The Organiser will contact the Winner via the contact/mobile number/email provided in the Contest registration entry latest by 29 October 2021. The Organiser will not be held liable in the event the Winner cannot be contacted for whatever reasons. In the event the Winner are not contactable for whatever reasons, the Winner eligibility for the Coaching Programme will be forfeited and the Organiser reserves the right to select the next qualified Winner. Winner’s failure to respond to the Organiser by the stated date in the email shall result in the Prize being forfeited and the Organiser have the right to select another Winner. AIA shall not be held responsible for any losses (including loss of opportunity and any other losses flowing therefrom) and damages suffered in the event the Winner cannot be contacted.
The Prize won are not transferable to another party and not redeemable by cash.
The Winner is responsible for any and all taxes payable as a result of a Prize being awarded (if applicable).
The limited edition AIA - Spurs Football Kit will only be delivered ONCE during the fulfilment period in November 2021. Any failure to accept or receive the delivery will not be reimbursed and requests to collect the Prize will not be entertained.
Pictures and merchandise shown on the registration site and on other promotional/communication materials are for illustration purpose only and may differ from the actual items.
Entries will be judged based on Participant ball mastery, footwork, agility, and precision for the skills displayed: either the V-Cut or the Juggle skill. In the event of a tie, the accompanying completed caption will be the judging criteria as the tie-breaker. Entries will be judged by the Organiser together with the Tottenham Hotspur Global Football Development Coaches.
The judges/ the Organiser’s decisions on all matters relating to the Contest shall be final and absolute and binding on the Contestant. No discussion, correspondence, enquiry, appeal or challenge in respect of any decision of the Organiser will be entertained.
The Contestant shall not dispute nor make any oral or written complaints, public announcements or statements on the same whether during or after the Contest Period.
The Contestants forever waive, release and discharge the Organiser, its agencies, sponsors and representatives from and against, any and all liabilities, costs, loss, damages or expenses which the Contestant or any party claiming through the Contestant hereafter may have arising out of acceptance of any Prize(s) or participation in the Contest including (but not limited to) personal injury and damage to property and whether or not direct, consequential or foreseeable.
The Contestant shall indemnify the Organiser, its affiliates, agent and sponsors from and against all liability, cost, loss or expenses suffered thereby as a result of the Contestant’s breach of the Contestant’s warranties and undertakings and any breach of the Terms and Conditions and/or the rules and regulations of the Contest.
All costs incurred by the Contestant in relation to and/or with respect to the Contest including without limitation postal charges or Internet Service Provider (ISP) charges (if applicable), all transport costs, communication charges, accommodation, meal costs and other related costs incurred by the Contestant as a result of and/or pursuant to his/her participation in the Contest shall be solely borne by the Contestant. The Organiser shall not be under any obligation to reimburse the Contestant for any of such costs and expenses incurred thereof.
The Terms and Conditions of the Contest shall be construed, governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
The Contestants shall not be entitled to assign any of the rights or sub-contract any of the obligations herein. The Organiser shall be entitled to assign or sub-license the whole or any part of its rights hereunder to any third party as may be determined by the Organiser.
The invalidity, illegality or unenforceability of any terms hereunder shall not affect or impair the continuation in force of the remainder of the Terms and Conditions of the Contest.
By participating in this Contest the Contestant agree to waive any liability or claim against the Organiser.
By participating in this contest and providing your details to the Organiser, you are giving us consent to use your details, images and contest entry for marketing purposes and/or in any publicity material.
B) Coaching Programme Terms & Conditions
Organiser & Eligibility
AIA Score With Spurs Junior Camp (“Coaching Programme”) is a virtual football coaching programme organised by AIA Bhd. (“Organiser”) and conducted by the Tottenham Hotspur Global Football Development Coaches (“Coaches”), in collaboration with the Tottenham Hotspur Football Club (“THFC”).
The Coaching Programme is open to participants aged 7 to 13 years old and above (as of 20 September 2021) (“Participant”).
The Coaching Programme is open for both male and female Participants.
The Coaching Programme is curated by the Coaches, to help Participants improve their football skills. The difficulty level of the Coaching Programme will be adjusted and adapted to the Participants’ current skills/level hence it is suitable for all Participants regardless of their current skills/level.
The Organiser shall reserve the right to exclude and/or disqualify Participants who do not fall within the category of Participant and/or who are in breach of the Coaching Programme Terms and Conditions.
Participants with any incomplete registration details will not be eligible to participate in this Coaching Programme.
Coaching Programme Details & Requirement
The Coaching Programme will be conducted virtually via Zoom platform on 20 November 2021 and 27 November 2021. Participants will be allocated to the sessions based on age group below: a. Session for kids aged 7 – 10 years old: 3.00pm – 4.00pm b. Session for kids aged 11 – 13 years old – 4.30pm – 5.30pm
Participants will be notified of the Zoom meeting link and reminders will be given prior to the Coaching Programme.
Participants MUST attend the allocated session on BOTH coaching days: 20 November 2021 and 27 November 2021.
The Organiser reserves the right to make changes to the time and dates of the Coaching Programme. Participant will be notified of any changes in advance.
If the Participant misses a session for any other reason the sessions will not be rescheduled.
No rescheduling will be provided for Participant withdrawing from the Coaching Session after it commences.
This is a 2-way coaching programme. As there will be LIVE interaction between the Coaches and the Participants, it is mandatory for Participants to either set up the webcam from a PC/Laptop or use the camera on their personal devices to allow the Coaches to see them (¾ and/or full body view) during the entire training session.
Participants must always adhere to the Coach’s instructions throughout the Coaching Programme. As the Coaching Programme is conducted online, Participants will require a small training space, either indoors at home or outdoors.
All Participants shall be given an AIA - Spurs Football Kit – which contains all the necessary training equipment to get started with the programme. Below is the list of items in the AIA Football Kit: Football Equipment

A pair of training cones (2 pieces)
Exclusive AIA – Spurs Merchandise
1 x Pen
1 x Notepad

The AIA – Spurs Football Kit will be delivered to the address provided by the Winners within one (1) week from the first coaching session.
Attire: Participants will be required to wear the Tee-shirt and shorts which is provided in the AIA - Spurs Football Kit. Participants are required to wear proper sports attire and comfortable shoes for the Coaching Programme .
Safety: The Coaching Programme has been curated to suit the participant’s level. The Coaches will be able to view Participants movement and skill level via the webcam/camera, hence any risk of injury will be fairly low. However, all Participants are advised to ensure that the space is clear and safe for the entire online training session and to practice the necessary precaution at all times. The Coaching Programme does not require large space, and they are simple, direct and easy to follow in front of the screen.
The entire Coaching Programme may be recorded. By participating in the Coaching Programme, Participants are deemed to have given consent to AIA Malaysia to reuse the video recordings for any future marketing use and/or promotional activities.
Photography/Videography Policy: The Organiser will from time to time take promotional photographs (screenshots) and video recordings of sessions for use, including but not limited to online, print and marketing. By participating in the Coaching Programme, parents/guardians are deemed to have given the Organiser the consent to use these promotional materials.
The Participant must abide to the terms and conditions set by the Organiser and the coaches.
The Winner will not hold the Organiser, THFC, their employees, coaches or event-organising agency responsible for any injury to the Participant, or damages to property as a result of participation in this Coaching Session.
The parent or guardian of the Participant must ensure that the Participant is physically fit and able to participate in the sporting activities and accordingly accepts all risks resulting from participation in the Coaching Session. We may require additional information on any medical information supplied to us before the Participant can take part in the Coaching Session.
Liability & Responsibility
The Winner shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any liability, mishap, injury, damage, claim or accidents resulting from the Participant’s participation in the Coaching Programme, redemption and/or utilisation of the merchandise/ AIA – Spurs Football Kit and agree to release and hold the Organiser free and harmless of any liability.
All transportation, personal cost and/or any other costs, fees and/or related expenses that are incurred by the Participant in the Coaching Programme shall be the sole responsibility of the Participants.
The Terms and Conditions of the Coaching Programme shall be construed, governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia
