- You would hear a ringing tone indication that the line is through.
- After the ringing tone, you would hear a recorded voice instructing you to choose the language i.e.
For English, press 1
For Bahasa Melayu, press 2
For Mandarin, press 3 - On hearing this voice, you can proceed to press the speed dial number straight away without having to wait for the voice message to complete.

- As soon as non-emergency hospitalisation is recommended or
- Immediately following an emergency admission or
- When your physician recommends any surgery
- Complete the Claim Form which is available in all AIA panel hospitals, for hospital to fax to AIA Health Services
- AIA Health Services will verify your eligibility
- If eligible, AIA Health Services will issue Letter of Guarantee.
