As an employee of AIA, the following career development resources are available:
- Performance appraisals: An opportunity for two-way discussion between managers and employees. It is an excellent avenue to review accomplishments, set business objectives and goals to enhance the necessary skills over the coming years.
- Training: Through a variety of media, including classroom, e-learning and on-the-job. Development can also be arranged through inter-departmental and overseas attachment. Training programs range from general business skills to Company-specific systems training.
- Education reimbursement: Reimbursement for job-related classes / education as outlined in the education reimbursement guidelines.
- Internal Career Opportunities: Job opportunities are posted on the intranet and informed via email where current employees may apply for vacant positions by submitting their resumes.
