• Performance appraisals: An opportunity for two-way discussion between managers and employees. It is an excellent avenue to review accomplishments, set business objectives and goals to enhance the necessary skills over the coming years.
  
  
• Training: Through a variety of media, including classroom, e-learning and on-the-job. Development can also be arranged through inter-departmental and overseas attachment. Training programs range from general business skills to Company-specific systems training.
