The DM team offers its expertise in integrated marketing campaigns, data mining and customer profiling to market customize products to relevant database of both financial and non-financial business partners.
Direct marketing channels include telemarketing, direct mail and broad market channels.
Leveraging on the strength of our experienced in-house Telemarketing team, Direct Marketing engages outbound telemarketing as our predominant marketing channel.
Through our collaborations with business partners in executing Direct Marketing campaigns, we aim to achieve these key objectives:
- To add value to our business partners’ acquisition, loyalty and retention programmes by offering relevant and adequate insurance products to their customer base through strategic product sequencing
- To provide incremental revenue by way of engaging our business partners as AIA’s corporate agents and offering fee based income for purchase of insurance products by their members base
- To offer tailor made products and services to respective corporations’ membership programmes to create differentiation
- To offer post campaign analysis and database profiling to our business partners to facilitate business partners database update efforts
