After more than six decades of solid growth, we have evolved into a 23-branch network reaching out to all Malaysians.

Our efforts in the late 1980s successfully linked our branches and regional head office in an information network that allows us to provide online support in real time, to both our policyholders and representatives. AIA was also one of the first insurers to be fully computerized in Malaysia.

These are examples of our continuing efforts to improve our productivity and cost-efficiency for our clients' benefits, in the form of lower premiums, higher returns, prompt service and better support.
