Change of Payment Method to auto debit facility via appointed banks

We have auto debit services with Maybank, Bank Simpanan Nasional and HSBC. If you would like to apply the auto debit facility for your policy with any of the above-mentioned banks, the following are the requirements:

• Complete and sign one copy of the Request for Change form.
• Complete and sign the application form from the respective bank. You may obtain the application form from the respective bank.
• Please forward the completed and signed forms to the nearest AIA office.
